Ms. Suman Danane has participated in the project as a pregnant Mother. Her financial condition is low, and her husband works as a daily wage labourer. She has 2 children. She had an anaemia mother with a low BP. During the 9th month of gestation, she was detected with oligohydramnios. Rigorous counselling was done by the project managers and community link worker on normalizing BP and increasing the abdominal Fluid. The consultation was done during the medical check-up by the panel gynaecologist. Furthermore, we counselled her to opt for family planning. As her delivery date approached, it was noted that her abdomen got stiff, and she had pain too. So, she was immediately referred to the government hospital. Adequate treatment was provided to the beneficiary in the hospital. The baby was delivered safely. The birth weight of the child is 3 Kg. The child and mother are well. She also underwent a tubectomy and we provided the financial support for the medicines.
