Dr Manali Menon is a public health professional with a PhD in Health Sciences and over ten years of experience across government and the development sector. Her work focuses on behavioural and community health, women’s reproductive health, and health systems strengthening, with a strong commitment to evidence-based public health practice.
She has held key technical roles with reputed organisations such as Aga Khan Foundation, Pathfinder International, and Bharati Vidyapeeth Medical College and Research Centre, where she contributed to the design, implementation, and evaluation of large-scale public health programs. She has led multidisciplinary teams, guided frontline workers and field staff, and supported government and NGO partners through training, technical assistance, and program oversight. Her expertise includes research design, training module development, capacity building of frontline workers and field staff, and evidence-based program implementation.
Dr Manali leads all initiatives at SNEH Foundation in her capacity as General Manager and is responsible for the end-to-end operations of the organisation. She works closely with the Board of Trustees and the Governing Body to guide the Foundation’s strategic direction and ensure effective implementation of its mission.
