In such a desperate time of this global pandemic “COVID-19”, when everyone is trying to stay safe, we as an organization are adhering to every government and medical norms issued but in parallel we are also trying to help the ones who are stuck and are in dire need.
More than 150 families have been helped so far.
Action taken so far:
- All 50 employees of SNEH have been asked to go on paid leaves indefinitely till we get some new guidelines from Indian Government
- Each volunteer in their own capacity is trying to help anyone in need while being within the rules of lockdown.
- 81 families of Pernote village from Ramban district in Jammu who are daily wage workers and were stuck in a horrible state and had run out of groceries and money were provided with groceries.
- 82 grocery packets were distributed to marginalized families in PCMC area.
